Job summary

Legend Holding Group, headquartered in Dubai, seeks a Group Chief Executive Officer to translate Owners' vision and Board mandates into sustainable enterprise value across the Group. You will lead a diverse portfolio spanning automotive, trading, energy, travel and mobility services, ensuring disciplined execution and measurable accountability.

The role requires deep leadership experience, strategic acumen and a proven track record in capital allocation, governance and cross-business portfolio

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of progressive senior-management experience.
• At least 10 years in enterprise, regional or major Business Unit leadership positions.
• At least five years in a CEO, Group CEO, Chief Operating Officer, Regional President, Managing Director or equivalent full-P&L role.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Protect the Owners' interests, reputation, capital and long-term legacy.
• Lead the formulation and execution of the Group's three-to-five-year strategy.
• Deliver sustainable profitable growth, cash generation and return on invested capital.
• Establish governance, risk management and an accountable leadership team.
• Represent the Group with governments, OEMs, financial institutions and major stakeholders.
