Charterhouse is working with a leading Financial Brokerage Firm based in the UAE, and they are looking to hire a Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to handle the continued growth and profitability of the business.
The CEO’s main responsibility will be to develop and execute the corporate strategy, with a focus on achieving a strong return on investment for stakeholders. This will involve providing strategic leadership to multiple departments throughout the group to maximise revenue growth, client retention, risk management and market positioning. Our client is looking for someone with experience in growing a business in the region while also remaining compliant with local and international regulations.
The incoming CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to grow the firm’s AUM, improve operational efficiency and enhance the company’s identity and brand recognition. You must have experience in Wealth Management, Brokerage, or other financial advisory firms.
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will be someone with an impressive track record of managing a business in the UAE, ideally from a financial services background. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in banking, investment management, or a financial brokerage firm in the UAE to be considered.
