Radiant Star Group is seeking a Group Accountant to join our rapidly expanding integrated real estate services company. This position will primarily focus on financial management for short-term rentals, while supporting our brokerage, development, and co-living projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, and performance metrics related to short-term rentals
• Oversee owner statements, ensure VAT compliance, and analyze the impact of dynamic pricing
• Support brokerage commission tracking and conduct financial analysis for real estate activities
• Assist in financial modeling for upcoming co-living projects

Who We're Looking For :

• Minimum of 3 years accounting experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or short-term rentals
• Strong skills in financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero
• Analytical mindset with an entrepreneurial approach, capable of working across multiple divisions
• Knowledge of dynamic pricing tools (PriceLabs, Wheelhouse) is advantageous
