Job summary

ikonhouse is seeking an experienced Ground Support Safety Operator to join a large-scale programme in Dubai. The role oversees delivery end to end, ensuring compliance with international standards, project specifications and quality requirements.

You will coordinate from design to handover, review designs and specs, monitor progress across safety, quality, cost and schedule, and report milestones to project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Total industry experience of 14+ years.
• At least 4 years in a comparable role on major projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, technical review and commissioning.
• Excellent understanding of international standards and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activity from design through to final handover.
• Review designs, drawings and technical specifications against project requirements.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, cost and schedule performance.
• Identify risks and technical issues, implementing practical solutions to minimise delays.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings and standards.
• Report progress, risks and key milestones to project management.
