Job summary

TradesApp is seeking a Ground Support Safety Operator in Dubai to oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance with international standards, project specifications and quality requirements.

You will coordinate activity from design to handover, review designs and specifications, and monitor progress across safety, quality, cost and schedule; identify risks and implement practical solutions to minimise delays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 14 years of total industry experience.
• At least 4 years in a comparable role on major projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activity from design through to final handover.
• Review designs, drawings and technical specifications against project requirements.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, cost and schedule performance.
• Identify risks and technical issues, implementing practical solutions to minimise delays.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings and standards.
• Report progress, risks and key milestones to project management.
