Job summary

CAE is seeking Ground Instructors on Global 7500 in Dubai to leverage your aviation experience and deliver high‑quality ground training. You will guide trainees through classroom instruction and work with the latest aircraft technologies, close to home.

You must be fluent in English, enjoy mentoring colleagues, and be prepared for a full‑time position with records kept in CAE policy.

Qualifications

• Deliver instruction during ground training using VSIM.
• Deliver instruction on IPT during initial ground school.
• Previous instructional experience.
• Must read, speak and converse in English at a high level.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging ground training sessions to trainees and guide learning.
• Maintain accurate and concise trainee records in accordance with CAE policy.
• Work with top-of-the-range equipment and the latest aircraft technologies.

About This Role

We are in search for GroundInstructorson Global 7500 that are ready to take their existing experience as an aviation professional and transform their skills and knowledge into a world-class subject matter the GSI role you will have the opportunity to lead clients through their training with the benefit of working close to home!

GSIs will work alongside our client partners providing expert Ground School instruction (classroom-based instruction) and you will be responsible for the upkeep of accurate and concise trainee willalso get towork with top of the range equipment and the very latest aircrafttechnologies.

Qualifications

• Responsible for delivering instruction during ground training phase of initialand recurrent courses using VSIM.
• Deliveringinstruction on IPT during initial ground school.
• Previous instructional experience
• Must read speak and converse in English at a high level
• A keen eye for detail in training delivery you must be willing to maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with CAE policy and requirements
• Basic computer proficiency Microsoft Office and other internet-basedprograms
• Flexibility to commit to a full-time work pattern
• Must live in commutable distance to the Training Centre in Dubai
• The right to live and work in UAE
• Prepared to spend a period of time outside of UAE to undertake initial type ratings if required
