Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies is seeking an experienced Ground Support Safety Operator to join a major programme in Dubai. You will oversee delivery end to end, ensuring compliance with international standards, project requirements and quality controls.

Responsibilities include coordinating activity from design through handover, reviewing designs and specs, monitoring progress, safety and costs, identifying risks, inspecting works and reporting milestones to project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 14 years of total experience in the industry.
• At least 4 years in a comparable role on major projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, technical review and commissioning.
• Excellent understanding of international standards and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activity from design through to final handover.
• Review designs, drawings and technical specifications against project requirements.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, cost and schedule performance.
• Identify risks and technical issues, implementing practical solutions to minimise delays.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings and standards.
• Report progress, risks and key milestones to project management.
