JOB TITLE
GRC SAP Senior Manager | MAF Global Solutions | Finance - Risk & Compliance

ROLE SUMMARY

The successful candidate will lead and manage the implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions within the organization. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, design and deploy GRC strategies, and ensure that the SAP GRC framework complies with regulatory, security, and operational standards.

ROLE PROFILE

1. Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP GRC modules such as Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management, and Audit Management.
2. Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams regarding risks.
3. Manage risks and controls within the SAP environment, ensuring effective mitigation strategies.
4. Develop and implement SAP GRC policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls.
5. Monitor and review GRC processes regularly to identify areas for improvement.
6. Manage internal and external audits related to SAP.
7. Conduct GRC audits and identify potential risks, compliance gaps, and process improvements.
8. Oversee SOD (Segregation of Duties) risks within the SAP application.
9. Coordinate user access reviews, approvals, and remediation actions to maintain audit compliance.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Graduate degree in a relevant or numerate discipline.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP GRC, including at least 3 years in a senior management or leadership role.
3. Extensive experience with SAP GRC modules such as Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management, and Audit Management.
4. Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
5. Proven ability to lead large-scale SAP GRC implementations and manage complex projects.
6. Excellent stakeholder management and customer focus skills.
