Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Graphic Designer to join our client's team in the luxury building materials industry in Dubai, UAE.

This dual-role position requires a highly organized individual with a flair for design and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and produce high-quality visual assets including but not limited to digital graphics, social media content, branding materials, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
2. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create visually appealing and impactful designs that align with the brand's identity and objectives.
3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all design assets.
4. Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining quality and consistency.
5. Ensure all visuals adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across platforms.
6. Stay updated on design trends and tools to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Freshers or a minimum of 1 year of graphic design and administrative experience in the UAE.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
• A portfolio showcasing a variety of design work is mandatory.
• Experience in video editing tools is a plus.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Core skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
