Job summary

Exotic Colors in Abu Dhabi seeks a talented Graphic Designer with UAE experience to join our Marketing Department. You will create packaging, branding and marketing visuals for retail brands, ensuring brand consistency and production-ready artwork.

You will collaborate with Business Development, suppliers and internal teams, using AI-assisted tools for concept development and image editing. A strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks is essential.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong experience in packaging design for retail products.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience with AI tools for image generation, editing, concept development, or video creation.

Responsibilities

• Design packaging and labels for retail products including boxes, bags, stickers, labels, and promotional packaging.
• Prepare final artwork files for printing and production including dielines, bleed, margins, CMYK setup, color profiles, and supplier-ready files.
• Create brand identity materials such as logos, brand guidelines, typography systems, color systems, and marketing materials.
• Design social media visuals, product mockups, campaign assets, advertisements, brochures, web visuals, and other digital or print materials.
• Support product launches, promotions and brand campaigns with creative visual concepts.
• Use AI tools to support concept creation, image editing, image generation, and creative development.
• Coordinate with suppliers, printing companies, external agencies and internal teams to finalize artwork accurately and on time.
• Submit design concepts and final layouts for approval and revise designs based on feedback.
• Review final artwork before printing or publishing to ensure accuracy, quality and brand consistency.

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with UAE experience to join our Marketing Department in Abu Dhabi The selected candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual designs for retail brands with a strong focus on packaging design branding print-ready artwork product mockups social media visuals and marketing campaign materials This role requires a designer who understands retail visual communication product presentation brand consistency and production requirements The candidate will work closely with the Marketing Department Business Development Team suppliers printing companies brand owners and internal departments to ensure all designs are accurate visually strong and ready for production The role also includes using modern creative tools including AI-assisted design tools to support concept development image generation visual editing and content production

Main Responsibilities

Portfolio of previous design work is required.

• High Diploma or Bacheloru2019s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2u20133 years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong experience in packaging design for retail products.
• Strong knowledge of print-ready artwork preparation, including bleed, margins, dielines, CMYK, and final artwork setup.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is an advantage.
• Experience in branding and visual identity design, including logos, typography, color systems, and brand guidelines.
• Experience using AI tools for image generation, editing, concept development, or video creation.
• Ability to create realistic product mockups and professional packaging presentations.
• Good understanding of retail branding, product presentation, and customer-focused design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design tasks at the same time.
• Experience in beauty, bath and body, gift, fashion, or FMCG retail brands is preferred.
