We are a dynamic marketing company looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in conceptualizing and producing visually appealing designs and content that will drive our marketing efforts across digital and print platforms. This role requires strong graphic design skills, a knack for content creation, and an ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals that resonate with our clients and audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Design eye-catching marketing materials including digital ads, email templates, brochures, business cards, product design, stationary design and presentations.
Create branding and identity assets for clients, including logos, brand books, style guides, product and packaging designs, stationery, promotional materials, and visual guidelines.
Create graphics for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) and ensure consistency across channels.
Design and optimize website graphics, landing pages, and online Ad campaign visuals.
Familiarity with basic 3D design software for graphic design projects.
Campaign & Branding Support:
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative ideas and visual content that support client campaigns.
Assist in the development of visual storytelling for client presentations and pitches.
Stay up to date with current design trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging tools to continuously improve the creative output.
Ensure all content produced aligns with the company's brand identity and meets client expectations.
Content Creation:
Develop engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and social media channels to support marketing campaigns.
Produce and edit visual content such as videos, GIFs, and motion graphics for digital marketing.
Capture and edit high-quality photographs and videos for marketing campaigns, including event coverage, stop motion, and styling of photoshoots. Oversee the editing and post-production processes to ensure polished final products that align with brand standards.
Write and craft copy for digital ads, website content, and other marketing collateral when necessary.
Collaborate on content strategy with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall campaign objectives.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Content Creator, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design tools.
Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and experience designing content that drives engagement.
Proficient in operating a camera to capture videos, conduct interviews, and take photographs for events and social media.
Excellent attention to detail with an ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills:
Video editing and animation skills.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or experience working with web design teams.
Understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
