Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Graphic Designer to join as an Associate on a 3-month probationary basis, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance. This role offers hands-on experience, skill development, and the opportunity to work on real projects.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. Create visually appealing graphics for presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
2. Assist in developing and implementing design concepts for client projects.
3. Lead and execute remote design projects, including social media posts, video content, and 3D designs.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.
5. Stay updated on trends in design, digital media, and remote collaboration tools.
6. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects).
7. Maintain strong attention to detail and produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
8. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Experience designing for various mediums like print, web, and social media.
10. Experience creating engaging social media content.
11. Knowledge of 3D modelling software and CGI.
12. Skills in typography, logo design, and branding.
13. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio.
