Job description

We’re looking for a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer (Arabic speaking) to bring our school brands to life across a variety of digital and print platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the GEMS Education and GEMS school brands are seen, developing visual assets and campaign materials that inspire, inform, and engage audiences across our schools, regions, and marketing initiatives.

This is a collaborative role working across a multi-brand, multi-market environment, supporting various marketing managers and project stakeholders with impactful design solutions that align with business goals.

  • Develop compelling creative concepts, graphics, and layouts that reflect and elevate the GEMS and school brands.
  • Incorporate and implement the GEMS corporate identity across digital, print, and environmental applications across markets.
  • Translate business needs into strong creative outputs that speak to diverse audiences including parents, students, staff, and external partners.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Communications, Enrolment, Education, and Business Development to meet campaign and project objectives.
  • Design for a wide range of assets including digital ads, social media content, website graphics, email templates, presentations, print materials, and event branding.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, web developers, and other creative specialists to ensure cohesion in messaging and visual direction.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring innovative ideas to the table, balancing creativity with practicality.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and brand consistency.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring creative output remains fresh and competitive.
