Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Arabic-speaking designer with a strong understanding of the UAE and GCC markets to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for exceptional Arabic design and trends, along with a deep awareness of cultural sensitivities in the region. They should be capable of generating original ideas while also adapting global concepts to suit local preferences.

As a Graphic Designer you will

• Conceptualization and Design: Develop creative concepts and designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including social media graphics (posts, stories, ads), website banners, email templates, brochures, flyers and even materials
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the ENTERTAINER's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet objectives
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• File Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date design files
• Staying Current: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, software, and technologies
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Graphic Designer
• Proven portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with other design software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
