Graphic Designer and Content Creator for Conrad Dubai (HOT0BU2J).

Work Location

Conrad Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, PO Box 115143, Dubai

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the formatting and creation of visual images, animated videos, and copy using Adobe Creative Cloud. Create visually stimulating and appealing images and copy in keeping with Hilton brand standards and the hotel's style across various mediums and needs of both departments and outlets.
• Assist the Marketing Director in creating tangible marketing collateral and artwork that reflect the hotel’s services, and work with the Marketing Director to establish a unified, distinct visual style for the hotel.
• Produce still and animated graphics for on-air and taped portions of television broadcasts when applicable, and prepare layouts for printing.
• Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Internet websites; review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
• Confer with clients to discuss and determine layout design; create clear visual communication for internal and external guests through various visual and non-visual mediums.

Quality and Production Details

• Create visually appealing and brand-aligned images and copy that reflect the hotel style and Hilton advertising guidelines.
• Produce marketing collateral that conveys tangible messages about the hotel’s services and products through design and copy.
• Determine size, arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select type style and size.
• Use computer software to generate new images; mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts for printers.
• Study illustrations and photographs to plan material presentation.
• Stay informed about market trends and advancements in visual media and computer-assisted graphics to enhance work quality.

Qualifications

• Technically skilled in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and video editing.
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products.
• Knowledge of communications/media production and dissemination techniques, including written, oral, and visual media.
• Knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in producing precise plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
