Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Reels Creator to join our content team. The ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes visual storytelling someone who can turn ideas into eye-catching designs and dynamic short-form videos that stop the scroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, web, and print (posts, carousels, banners, infographics, etc.)
• Conceptualize and produce engaging Instagram Reels,YouTube shorts, and other short-form video content
• Work closely with the content and editorial teams to maintain brand consistency
• Stay on top of design and social trends to create fresh, high-performing content
• Edit and animate videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut
• Collaborate on concepts and creative brainstorming sessions
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a graphic designer and/or social media video creator (portfolio required)
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram
• A keen eye for aesthetics, layout, color theory, and typography
• Strong storytelling skills both visual and narrative
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Bonus: experience with motion graphics or 3D tools like Blender or Canva Pro templates
• Arabic proficiency is a plus
