Role Purpose

Mid-Level Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience who excels in creating compelling visual content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both static and motion graphics, with the ability to independently manage and execute campaigns that align with brand strategy and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce static + motion assets (posts, reels covers, stories, decks).
• Lead design projects from concept through final delivery.
• Create visuals for social media, web, print; motion graphics experience is a plus.
• Develop compelling stories and visuals for seasonal campaigns and creative launches.
• Produce motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, writers, and creative leads.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency.
• Utilize AI tools to boost creativity, streamline workflows, and accelerate design production and image generation without compromising quality.
• Stay updated on design trends, new tools, and emerging technologies.
• Support the development and consistent application of brand guidelines across all materials.

Requirements
