Job summary

Talent Higher seeks a talented Graphic Designer to bring brand stories to life across digital and print platforms, supporting marketing, communications, and internal initiatives.

The role involves designing brochures, posters, social content, infographics, presentations, and digital ads, while ensuring brand consistency and collaborating with Marketing, HR, and other teams to meet requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, XD) and Canva.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
• Ability to design for both digital and print formats.
• Motion graphics and video editing skills are a plus.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce marketing materials including brochures, posters, social media creatives, infographics, presentations, and digital ads
• Develop engaging creative content for corporate branding, internal campaigns, employee engagement, and external marketing activities
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and other departments to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions
• Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables by adhering to established brand guidelines
• Prepare final artwork for production and coordinate with vendors, printers, and external partners when needed
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creative output
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with attention to detail
• Support website and digital design needs, including UI/UX elements where required
