We are seeking a talented and detail-driven Graphic Designer or Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing our visual brand, producing creative assets for various channels, and enhancing our overall brand strategy. This role is perfect for someone passionate about graphic design who wants to gain hands-on experience with a wide range of creative projects and directly shape our brand’s visual appeal.
Job Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Create visual concepts that align with brand identity and project goals
- Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and production teams to develop cohesive campaigns
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Develop digital assets for websites, email newsletters, presentations, and advertisements
- Ensure consistency across all visual designs and brand guidelines
- Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback promptly
- Prepare files for print production and digital publishing
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, sharing ideas and supporting fellow creatives to achieve project goals
Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) with a strong eye for layout, color, and typography.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Skilled in visual storytelling and content creation across digital platforms (web, social media, blogs).
- Strong writing abilities with excellent grammar, adaptable tone, and basic SEO knowledge.
- Able to manage multiple projects independently or within a team, in fast-paced environments.
- Collaborative, quick to learn, and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent training).
- A reliable portfolio that showcases a range of creative abilities in graphic design, illustration, and visual communication.
- Previous experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related creative field.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and experience in creating optimized designs for websites, social media, and email marketing.
