We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the visual success of our organization.

  1. Create engaging designs for print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media graphics, and web assets
  2. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative design concepts that meet project objectives
  4. Prepare and optimize files for print production, ensuring high-quality output and proper color management
  5. Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate production specifications and timely delivery
  6. Assist with photo editing, retouching, and resizing for various marketing materials
  7. Stay up-to-date with design trends, printing techniques, and industry best practices
  8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  9. Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance our visual communication strategies
  10. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide design input for marketing campaigns
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  2. 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on both print and digital media
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  4. Strong understanding of print production processes, color theory, typography, and layout design
  5. Experience preparing press-ready files and working with print vendors
  6. Knowledge of digital design for social media and web platforms
  7. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  8. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  9. Experience with project management software (e.g., Monday or Trello) is a plus
  10. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work across various mediums
  11. Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively
  12. Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the industry
  13. Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
  14. Familiarity with HTML/CSS or motion graphics is a bonus
