Inexco innovations in Dubai seeks a creative designer to design luxury marketing materials for high-end properties. You will craft brochures, listings, email campaigns, digital ads, pitches, and social content, ensuring consistency with the brand across platforms.

Your portfolio should demonstrate luxury design, proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom and Canva, and a solid understanding of print production.

Design high-end marketing materials including brochures property flyers email campaigns digital ads presentations signage and social media content Collaborate with marketing sales and photography teams to create cohesive branding across all platforms Design and maintain company templates and brand assets Develop branded listing presentations proposals and pitch decks for agents and clients Ensure all visual content aligns with the luxury aesthetic and brand guidelines Retouch and optimize high-resolution property photography as needed Prepare files for both digital and print production ensuring accuracy and quality Stay current with design trends especially within luxury real estate and lifestyle sectors

Strong portfolio showcasing luxury or high-end design work.

Proficiency in softwares such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Canva..

Understanding of print production and pre-press requirements.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
