Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services is seeking a Graphic Designer for a full-time role based in Sharjah, UAE. The designer will conceptualize, design, and produce marketing materials such as brochures, posters, social media creatives, and infographics, while aligning with the company brand.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of graphic or visual design experience, a strong, diverse portfolio across industries, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Qualifications

• Open to Arabic speakers; age 40 or younger.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in graphic or visual design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects across industries such as food, fashion, gadgets, e-commerce, and pharma.
• Proficient in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, XD) and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce marketing materials such as brochures, posters, social media creatives, infographics, etc.
• Develop creative content for corporate branding, internal campaigns & all marketing activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and other departments to understand requirements.
• Prepare final artwork for production and coordinate with vendors when required.
