Job Description

What You'll Do
Visual Design Execution:
Design digital assets for social media, CRM, paid static ads, website, email, and mobile platforms.
Support the creation of packaging and print materials including brochures, presentations, and internal brand documents.
Translate copy and creative concepts into effective layouts and visual storytelling.
Brand Application & Expansion:
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
Adapt brand assets across various content formats while maintaining high taste levels and attention to detail.
Help localize global creative directions into fresh, culturally relevant designs.
Collaboration & Production
Work hand-in-hand with copywriters, content creators, and campaign managers to develop integrated creative assets.
Support the team with asset resizing, file preparation, and export for web, social, and print.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines with attention to detail.
Creative Ideation & Iteration
Contribute to brainstorms and creative development for campaigns, activations, and product launches.
Bring feedback to life with thoughtful revisions and design improvements.
Stay up to date with design trends and platform innovations to keep work fresh and relevant.
What we're looking for
2-5 years of design experience in an agency or in-house setting.
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with Figma or Canva is a plus.
Must provide a portfolio showcasing a strong sense of style, range, and versatility across static ads, CRM graphics, social content, packaging, and branding.
