Our Dubai office is expanding, and we are looking for a Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Executive who can blend creativity, precision and commercial awareness. Job Opportunity: Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Executive
Position Type: Full-Time
Monthly Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 (dependent on experience)
Responsibilities
- Creative & Digital Marketing: Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to build the V-Tech brand in the UAE and wider region.
- Create striking visuals for digital, social and print — including brochures, newsletters, presentations and event materials.
- Oversee social media channels: plan content calendars, produce platform-specific posts and reels, and drive audience engagement.
- Keep all online listings and business profiles up to date, accurate and reflecting a premium image.
- Maintain and improve website content, working closely on SEO and analytics to enhance visibility and lead generation.
- Use data to evaluate marketing activity and identify areas for refinement.
- Support exhibitions, live events and activations by producing high-impact materials and assets.
- Work alongside Sales and Product teams to ensure visual consistency for launches, campaigns and key milestones.
- Help develop packaging and product information materials that reflect a world-class automotive technology brand.
- Photography, Videography & Visual Storytelling: Plan and deliver studio-quality shoots to showcase products and services in a modern, aspirational style.
- Edit and retouch images and videos to a premium standard, maintaining alignment with V-Tech brand guidelines.
- Organise and manage digital creative assets to ensure quick access and consistent brand use.
Qualifications
- Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills (British citizens or equivalent proficiency are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design or a related field.
- Three to five years’ hands-on experience in digital marketing and graphic design within a fast-paced, international environment.
- Experience in the automotive industry or related sectors is a strong advantage.
- A demonstrable portfolio of professional marketing and design work.
- Google Ads or Meta Ads certification desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Figma, CapCut and Canva an advantage.
- Strategic understanding of social media, content planning and engagement algorithms.
- A sharp eye for branding, typography and visual systems, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines, balance multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
- A proactive, collaborative team player who takes ownership of their work.
- Immediate availability preferred.
