Developing content ideas: brainstorm and conceptualise content ideas that align with the client's brand, marketing goals, and target audience.
Design creation: develop innovative and engaging designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertising campaigns, brochures, and more.
Editing: edit day-to-day content in the form of (but not limited to) images, graphics, videos and GIFs for social media channels, longer video formats and other digital mediums for social media use.
Brand consistency: ensure all designs adhere to clients' brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all projects.
Concept development: collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts that meet clients' needs and objectives.
Feedback integration: receive and incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine and improve designs.
Industry trends: stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our work remains fresh and cutting-edge.
Multimedia production: manage, produce and edit visual content such as images, videos, and live content production.
Creative Collaboration and Communication
Team collaboration: work closely with designers, account team, content creators and other team members to complement company and client initiatives and campaigns.
Cross-Functional support: assist all departments with content-related tasks as needed.
Client interaction: communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, gather and manage feedback.
Problem-solving: address any issues or challenges that arise during campaign execution, working collaboratively to find solutions.
Tools and Technology
Graphic design: mandatory use of tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Click Up, Canva, Frame.io and any other tool implemented in the future.
Social Media: utilise social media management tools such as Sprout Social for monitoring content performance and any other tools that are implemented in the future.
AI: leverage AI tools, in collaboration with the Creative Director, to produce high-quality content efficiently and integrate any new tools that may be introduced in the future.
Who You Are
2-3 years of graphic design experience, with additional creative background experience being beneficial.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative flair and ability to use that to bring engaging digital content to life.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Click Up.
Advanced graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, Frame.io, and other relevant design programs.
An ability to work with appropriate independence, seeking guidance from senior team members when required.
Sound organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines within a busy schedule.
Excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrated professionalism including being punctual, well presented, responsive and reliable.
A strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
A commitment to stay across industry development/trends and share industry knowledge with colleagues through mentoring, peer learning, etc.
