Job summary

Wadan Developments in Dubai seeks a Graphic Designer to support the Senior Graphic Designer on daily creative tasks across internal teams, external partners, campaigns, social media, events, and corporate communications.

The role focuses on execution, turning briefs and creative direction into polished, brand-aligned visuals while maintaining Wadan’s premium identity. You’ll collaborate with the Brand & Marketing team and external stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality design assets.

Qualifications

Job description

Graphic Designer will support the Senior Graphic Designer in managing the day-to-day creative requirements of Wadan Developments across internal departments, external partners, marketing campaigns, social media, events, property launches and corporate communications. The role is primarily execution-focused, requiring a designer who can take approved briefs, concepts and creative direction and translate them into polished, accurate and brand-consistent visual materials. The designer will work closely with the wider Brand & Marketing team and support creative requirements coming from both internal departments and external stakeholders, while ensuring all work follows Wadan’s established premium visual identity and brand standards.

• Strong Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign

AI & Generative Creative Tools

• Strong understanding of AI-assisted design and image-generation workflows.
• Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Nano Banana, Higgsfield, Seedream or similar platforms.
• Ability to use AI for concept exploration, moodboards, image generation, visual references, retouching and creative ideation.
• Ability to integrate AI-generated assets into professional design workflows.
• Ability to refine AI-generated outputs to meet professional visual and brand standards.
• Awareness of emerging AI tools relevant to graphic design and marketing.
