You will be responsible for delivering design solutions that seamlessly align with marketing strategies and business goals. You must possess in-depth knowledge of both graphic and digital design, along with an advanced understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition to create visually engaging and effective designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing, design, video, and digital marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.
- Work independently and with cross-functional teams on multiple projects, consistently meeting deadlines.
- Maintain a strong eye for aesthetics and visual details to ensure high-quality final products.
- Produce high-quality layouts for project presentations, brochures, department presentations, and brand presentations.
- Create visually compelling designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital ads, and social media content.
- Develop a brand’s visual identity from ideation to final application across all marketing touchpoints.
- Stay current with design trends and best practices, adapting as needed to remain relevant and competitive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3+ years of real estate graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in design tools, mainly Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and similar tools is a plus.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs and effectively communicate and present design concepts and decisions.

- Logical approach to design with a focus on purposeful and strategic design decisions.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
