Exotic Colors by MAYSARi in Abu Dhabi is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join the Marketing Department. You will design packaging, brand materials and campaign visuals for retail products, ensuring brand consistency.

Honed skills in packaging design, print-ready artwork and Adobe Creative Cloud are required, with 2–3 years of experience. This is a full-time on-site role offering growth and collaboration across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of previous design work is required.
• Bachelor's or higher in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong experience in packaging design for retail products.
• Proficient in print-ready artwork preparation (bleed, margins, dielines, CMYK).
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with AI tools for image generation or editing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design packaging and labels for retail products including boxes and promotional packaging.
• Prepare final artwork files for printing and production with dielines, CMYK setup, and color profiles.
• Create brand identity materials such as logos, guidelines, typography and color systems.
• Design social media visuals, product mockups, campaign assets, brochures and web visuals.
• Support product launches and campaigns with creative visuals.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to finalize artwork on time.
• Submit concepts and final layouts for approval and revise as needed.
• Review final artwork before printing or publishing to ensure quality and brand consistency.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department in Abu Dhabi.

Main Responsibilities

• Design packaging and labels for retail products, including boxes, bags, stickers, labels, and promotional packaging.
• Prepare final artwork files for printing and production, including dielines, bleed, margins, CMYK setup, color profiles, and supplier-ready files.
• Create brand identity materials such as logos, brand guidelines, typography systems, color systems, business cards, and marketing materials.
• Design social media visuals, product mockups, campaign assets, advertisements, brochures, web visuals, and other digital or print materials.
• Support product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns with creative visual concepts.
• Use AI tools to support concept creation, image editing, image generation, and creative development.
• Coordinate with suppliers, printing companies, external agencies, and internal teams to finalize artwork accurately and on time.
• Submit design concepts and final layouts for approval and revise designs based on feedback.
• Review final artwork before printing or publishing to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.

Requirements

• Portfolio of previous design work is required.

• Strong experience in packaging design for retail products.
• Strong knowledge of print-ready artwork preparation, including bleed, margins, dielines, CMYK, and final artwork setup.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is an advantage.
• Experience in branding and visual identity design, including logos, typography, color systems, and brand guidelines.
• Experience using AI tools for image generation, editing, concept development, or video creation.
• Ability to create realistic product mockups and professional packaging presentations.
• Good understanding of retail branding, product presentation, and customer-focused design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design tasks at the same time.
• Experience in beauty, bath and body, gift, fashion, or FMCG retail brands is preferred.
