Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Dubai is seeking a Graphic Design Trainee to join our E-Commerce and Marketing Content team, shaping how products and campaigns come to life across digital channels.

This role offers hands-on experience creating digital-first, customer-focused content, with room to experiment with social trends and develop your creative style while learning how graphic design supports a fast-moving e-commerce business.

Qualifications

• UAE National with a Family Book.
• Background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Multimedia Design, Marketing, Creative Arts, or related field.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Understanding of digital graphic design and social-first content.
• Creative mindset with ability to develop fresh concepts and experiment with new ideas.
• Strong attention to detail in layout, messaging and visual execution.
• Understanding how design should communicate with customers.
• Awareness of current digital, graphic design and social media trends.
• Curiosity about Generative AI, AI-assisted content creation and emerging creative technologies.
• Openness to feedback and willingness to learn within the team.
• Ability to balance creativity with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging digital and social media assets to support e-commerce and marketing activities.
• Use Adobe Photoshop to create, develop and adapt creative content.
• Translate marketing requirements and business needs into clear and engaging visual communication.
• Explore social media and graphic design trends and bring fresh creative ideas to the team.
• Support the development of shoot briefs and creative direction.
• Select relevant products from our online assortment to feature across creative content.
• Think from the customer's perspective when developing assets, considering whether the message is clear, relevant and engaging.
• Experiment with Generative AI and AI-assisted creative tools to explore new ways of producing content.
• Develop alternative creative solutions when traditional shoots aren't required or feasible.
• Work collaboratively with E-Commerce, Marketing, Content and other teams to bring ideas to life.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Graphic Design Trainee, you'll join our E-Commerce and Marketing Content team, helping shape how our products and campaigns come to life across digital channels.

This is an opportunity for an emerging designer who wants to move beyond the classroom and build hands-on experience creating digital-first, customer-focused content. You'll have room to experiment with ideas, explore social trends and develop your creative style while learning how graphic design supports a fast-moving e-commerce business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Create engaging digital and social media assets to support e-commerce and marketing activities.
• Use Adobe Photoshop to create, develop and adapt creative content.
