A leading entity in the recruitment sector is seeking a Graphic Design Specialist in Abu Dhabi. This role involves developing visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite and adhering to international design standards. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Graphic Design and experience in academic settings. The position offers a dynamic environment for creative individuals looking to impact corporate branding significantly.
Responsible for designing attractive visual media for a wide range ( including: scheduled promotion publications / ad layouts / circulars / training programs) and other media using the latest graphic design technologies and systems and in alignment with corporate identity, academic mission, marketing strategy and target groups.
- Develop and design visual assets for a variety of media such as scheduled promotion posts/ad layouts/circulars/training programs / website graphics and social media / brochures, flyers, posters / marketing materials and other media in a manner that reflects the Academy's corporate identity.
- Use the latest design software, especially the Adobe Creative Suite toolkit (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to implement graphic designs accurately, easily and creatively.
- Create distinctive design ideas by looking at graphic design trends and comparing with other innovative and creative designs.
- Preparing graphic designs according to international design standards and principles adopted in the field of design (for example: cut and print design sizes, type of colors used RGB/CMYK and other design standards according to the required design).
- Apply the principles of color theory to create harmonious and attractive graphic designs.
- Modification of designs according to the notes of the direct manager accurately and on time.
- Specify the size and location of visual assets when setting up media designs, as well as image size and font type.
- Save all graphic designs in the required formats and at the required quality level, and prepare them for printing in different sizes, shades and sizes.
- Design visual elements of the organization's brand identity, including logos, business cards, and marketing materials.
- Prepare and present presentations of design concepts and explain the rationale behind design choices to the line manager.
- Collaborate with external printing centers (as needed) tomeet deadlines and print materials of the highest quality.
- Suggest registering with sites that provide graphic design element services (e.g., Canva, Shutterstock, Freepick and other related sites) for high-quality, up-to-date design elements.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the line manager related to the scope of work.

Professional Experience
- Professional experience ranging from 3 to 5 years in the field of graphic design in a related field
- It is preferable to have previous experience in the field of graphic design in the academic or educational sector with well-known parties
- Knowledge of the latest design software, in particular the Adobe Creative Suite toolkit (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
