Overview

Supporting the KSA work winning team we are looking for a Graphic Design Manager with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating compelling visuals to support our tender submission process. The post holder will play a crucial role in art working tender submissions translating complex information into visually engaging designs that communicate our value proposition and competitive advantages. They will work closely with our business generation and project teams to ensure that tender submissions are of the highest visual standard and on brand.

Responsibilities

Bidding and pitching

  • Develop design layout and graphic elements for tender documents proposals and presentations ensuring all materials are aligned with our brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the bid team to conceptualise visuals based on requirements.
  • Create graphic elements (charts infographics diagrams) that effectively communicate our messages and data.
  • Ensure that all design elements are highquality and optimized for print and digital platforms.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects within tight deadlines maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide creative input and suggest improvements to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of bid library content and contribute to continuous improvement of graphic design for all Business Generation related content.
Skills and behaviours required
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a digital / graphic design role with a substantial bidding component with proven experience of supporting winning bid delivery
  • Ability to clearly communicate design concepts and complex information to brief / manage external freelance designers
  • A strong visual aesthetic and creative ability to develop bespoke designs for complex information
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Adobe CC Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communications or a related field
  • Proven graphic design experience preferably within the professional services industry or related field
  • Strong portfolio showcasing skills in art working layout and data visualization.
Additional Role Information

The post holder will be based in our office in Dubai or Riyadh

  • There may be a requirement for occasional travel across the region.
