ABU RIYADH CARPENTRY is seeking a Grants Proposal Consultant to lead institutional funding initiatives, research opportunities, and craft compelling proposals. The role focuses on securing financial support for organizational projects by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have proven grant-writing experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously. UAE-based applicants preferred.

Level: Mid-Level to Senior

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Grant Proposal Consultant | Institutional Funding Analyst to support funding development, grant research, proposal preparation, and institutional funding initiatives. This role is responsible for identifying potential funding opportunities, analyzing grant requirements, developing compelling funding proposals, and coordinating with institutional partners to secure financial support for organizational projects and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify grant opportunities, institutional funding programs, and potential funding sources.
• Analyze grant eligibility criteria, application guidelines, funding requirements, and submission deadlines.
• Develop, write, and review grant proposals, funding applications, and project concept notes.
• Prepare project budgets, financial projections, funding justifications, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct institutional funding research to identify government agencies, foundations, corporations, and international funding organizations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather project information, financial data, and supporting materials.
• Develop funding strategies aligned with organizational objectives and project priorities.
• Maintain relationships with funding institutions, grant providers, donors, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor grant application progress, submission schedules, approval processes, and funding outcomes.
• Prepare grant reports, progress updates, and compliance documentation according to funding requirements.
• Evaluate funding opportunities and assess potential risks, financial sustainability, and project feasibility.
• Maintain an organized database of funding opportunities, proposal records, and institutional partnerships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in grant writing, proposal development, institutional funding, or financial research.
• Strong understanding of grant application processes, funding requirements, and institutional financing.
• Excellent research, analytical, and professional writing skills.
• Ability to prepare structured proposals, project budgets, and funding documentation.
• Strong knowledge of government grants, private foundations, corporate funding, or international development funding is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple funding applications simultaneously.
• Ability to interpret financial information, project requirements, and funding guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Professional certifications in grant writing or project management are an advantage.
