Job summary

AECOM is seeking graduates to join the ADVANCE program in Abu Dhabi, providing a broad, well-rounded learning experience across the design field. You will engage in digital layouts, web graphics, UX, 3D visuals, and proposals while building core business and personal skills for a professional transition.

The 24-month program emphasizes teamwork, mentoring and hands-on production of visual materials; successful graduates progress within a global infrastructure leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Architecture, Interior Design, Film & Media Production, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Basic familiarity with UX/UI tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Exposure to 3D software such as SketchUp, Lumion, or Blender is an advantage.
• Competent in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for presentation and proposal production.
• Understanding of core design principles including layout, typography, and color theory.
• Eagerness to learn and build skills across a broad range of media and design formats.
• Ability to support team members and manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.
• A portfolio showcasing design work across any medium is required.
