Job summary

BESIX in Dubai seeks a visually-driven Communications Designer to bring internal messaging to life. You will craft engaging visuals that align with brand identity and corporate objectives, ensuring employees are informed, engaged and connected.

Collaborating with the Communications team, you will produce high-quality content using Adobe Suite and Blender, maintain a strong portfolio, and help elevate internal campaigns across large-scale Middle East projects.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Graphic Design.
• Use visual design software proficiently (e.g. Blender Adobe Suite).
• Demonstrate strong creative and storytelling abilities.
• Pay close attention to details.
• Communicate effectively in English to ensure accurate understanding of messages being conveyed.
• Maintain a portfolio that showcases relevant design work.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative visuals based on briefs and content provided by the Communication Officer.
• Use tools such as Adobe Suite to produce high-quality professional content.
• Ensure all visual content reflects the companys brand identity and reinforces internal engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Communications team to support campaigns announcements and internal messaging.
• Continuously explore creative approaches to improve visual communication and employee engagement.
