Job summary

Six Construct in Dubai, a BESIX Group company, seeks a creative visuals designer to bring internal communications to life through engaging visuals that align with our brand identity. You will help inform, engage, and connect employees across the organisation.

You’ll develop visuals from briefs, use Blender and the Adobe Suite to produce high‑quality content, ensure consistency with corporate standards, and collaborate with the Communications team on campaigns and announcements.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Graphic Design.
• Use visual design software proficiently (e.g., Blender, Adobe Suite).
• Demonstrate strong creative and storytelling abilities.
• Pay close attention to details.
• Communicate effectively in English to ensure accurate understanding of messages being conveyed.
• Maintain a portfolio that showcases relevant design work.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative visuals based on briefs and content provided by the Communication Officer.
• Use tools such as Adobe Suite to produce high-quality, professional content.
• Ensure all visual content reflects the company’s brand identity and reinforces internal engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Communications team to support campaigns, announcements, and internal messaging.
• Continuously explore creative approaches to improve visual communication and employee engagement.
