FutureX in Dubai offers a 12-month Graduate Trainee Programme in Investor Relations. You will gain practical experience across investor communications, financial analysis, and corporate disclosures while rotating through key IR activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics.
• Strong numerical reasoning skills.
• Strong verbal reasoning and communication abilities.
• Outgoing and confident personality with a willingness to learn.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, update, and maintain investor materials including earnings call scripts, investor presentations, fact sheets, and press releases.
• Coordinate data collection and preparation of investor briefings, Q&A documents, and management packs.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of the Annual Report and other disclosures.
• Support digitalization of IR workflows, including automation of data collection and dashboarding.
• Maintain and update investor relations CRM/database and analyze the shareholder register.
• Organize investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows, including logistics and post-meeting follow-up.
• Ensure accuracy of IR website and all public-facing materials.
