Job Title: Graduate Trainee
Location: UAE
Salary: 2,000 AED - 3,000 AED

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 70% in 10th, 12th, and Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of engineering principles and concepts.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other relevant design software (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• A willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the planning, design, and management of construction projects.
• Conducting site surveys and inspections.
• Supporting senior engineers in evaluating structural designs.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Preparing technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
• Understanding project requirements and efficiently executing assigned tasks.
• Shadowing senior staff, actively engaging in learning opportunities.
• Raising concerns and suggesting improvements when necessary.
• Conducting research and traveling to project sites as required.
• Participating in meetings, training sessions, and team discussions.
• Analyzing project data and preparing reports based on specifications.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
