We are looking for an ambitious and driven Graduate Recruiter to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Proactively identify and approach potential new clients across Finance, FinTech, and Future Technology.
• Conduct cold calls, prospecting emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and secure client meetings.
• Support senior consultants in pitching recruitment solutions and negotiating terms of business.
• Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication and service excellence.

Recruitment Delivery

• Learn to source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and networking channels.
• Match candidates to client requirements and assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines in Finance, FinTech, and emerging tech markets.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience through clear communication and feedback.

Market Learning & Growth

• Research and track trends within Finance, FinTech, and Future Technology sectors.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and training sessions to grow professional knowledge.
• Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and business development strategies.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, HR, or related discipline).
