The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Controls Manager with a proven track record in robust cost and schedule management, ideally coming from a cost control background, to take on a high value portfolio of projects for a high-profile client.

The key objectives for this role are:

• Support the Quality team with administrative duties and coordination.
• Learn about quality control processes and documentation.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining quality-related records.
• Gain experience in internal audit preparation and follow-ups.
• Develop skills for working in a structured and compliance-focused team.

Expected:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Keen attention to detail and willingness to support team functions.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and updating quality documentation and logs.
• Help maintain audit records, NCR logs, and document archives.
• Support the team in scheduling and coordinating quality reviews.
• Learn about corrective and preventive action tracking.
• Provide general admin assistance to ensure smooth team operations.
