WSP is hiring for a Graduate Project Coordinator to join the team in Sharjah/Dubai. This role offers a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to impactful projects. This position is open for Nationalization Purposes only.

Your new role, what's involved?

1. Assist in preparing pricing bids, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
2. Coordinate and allocate resources for various projects.
3. Develop comprehensive bids and gather necessary documentation.
4. Provide general administrative support and maintain organized records.
5. Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and report creation.
6. Leverage a background in finance or engineering to address operational challenges.
7. Show enthusiasm and interest in the construction industry.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (finance, engineering, or related).
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Attention to detail and high accuracy.
6. Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
7. Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
8. Emirati Nationality is a must.
