WSP is hiring for a Graduate Project Coordinator to join the team in Sharjah/Dubai. This role offers a great opportunity to be part of the dynamic team and contribute to impactful projects. This role is open for Nationalization Purposes only.

Your new role, what's involved?

• Assist in preparing pricing bids, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate to coordinate and allocate resources for various projects.
• Participate in developing comprehensive bids, gathering necessary documentation.
• Provide general administrative support, maintaining organized records.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and report creation.
• Leverage background in finance or engineering to address operational challenges.
• Exhibit enthusiasm and interest in the construction industry.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (finance, engineering, or related).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Emirati National is a must.
