• Rotation Across Departments: Selected candidates will rotate through multiple departments including but not limited to: Sales & Client Management Marketing Operations Underwriting Actuarial HR Legal & Compliance. This comprehensive exposure is designed to provide a wellrounded understanding of the healthcare industry.

• Ethraa Program Integration: Participants will be enrolled in the Ethraa Training program allowing them to enhance their academic qualifications alongside their practical experience. This dual approach ensures that graduates are both theoretically and practically equipped for their future careers.
