Job summary

Development Inc. in Dubai is seeking a Graduate to assist the Project Team in developing and managing projects, programmes, and schedules with focus on buildability, time, and cost, shaping the Skyline of the UAE.

You will work with senior planners to create timelines, monitor progress, and support issue resolution, reporting and developing planning skills with exposure to scheduling software, digital tools, and AI-enabled project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Design, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or Computer Science (AI).
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and grow within the planning function.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules under guidance.
• Support data extraction and programme analytics for AI-tools transformation.
• Support monitoring of project progress and discuss strategies to resolve issues with leadership.
• Participate in project meetings, take notes and prepare updates.
• Help prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status.
• Support coordination with suppliers and consultants.
• Assist in maintaining accurate project data and documentation.

Job description

The Graduate will assist the Project Team in the development and management of projects, their programmes and schedules with a focus on buildability, time and cost while actively shaping the Skyline of the UAE

This role involves working alongside senior planners to create timelines for the full building development of lifecycles, monitor progress, and support in identifying and addressing issues.

The Graduate will contribute to reporting activities and help ensure that project schedules align with team goals, while developing the skills needed to support the next generation of intelligent, technology-enabled project delivery

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules under guidance
• Support data extraction and programme analytics working in the transformation of the business to implement AI-tools
• Support in monitoring project progress and flagging and discussing strategies to resolve potential issues to leadership
• Participate in project meetings, taking notes and preparing updates and discussion solutions
• Help prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status
• Support coordination with suppliers and consultants
• Assist in maintaining accurate project data and documentation
• Learn and develop planning skills, gaining exposure to scheduling software, digital tools, and industry best practice
