Job summary

AECOM is launching its 2026 Graduate Program in the UAE for UAE Nationals holding a family book. You will review architectural shop drawings for IFC compliance, assist with RFIs, and conduct site inspections to track workmanship, finishes, and snagging.

You will coordinate with structure/MEP teams, support BIM clash resolution, and prepare concise daily/weekly reports with photographs. Ideal candidates are 2025/2026 graduates with a GPA of at least 2.8, joining a global infrastructure leader

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical from an accredited university.
Recent 2025 or 2026 graduates eligible for the Graduate Program.
Minimum GPA 2.8 or above.
UAE Nationals with a family book only are eligible per Emiratisation.

Responsibilities

Review and comment on architectural shop drawings for IFC compliance.
Support responses to RFIs/technical queries and assist with site instructions.
Conduct routine site inspections and track workmanship, finishes, and snagging.
Coordinate interfaces with structural/MEP for details and sequencing; support BIM clash resolution.
Monitor progress against architectural deliverables and prepare daily/weekly reports with photos.
Participate in coordination meetings and document decisions and risks.
Uphold safety and sustainability requirements and adhere to HSE procedures.
