Job summary

AECOM is offering a 2025 Graduate Mechanical Engineer position in Dubai as part of its UAE-focused program. You’ll work under senior engineers on building systems design, BIM collaboration, and energy solutions for smart, sustainable projects.

The role targets recent graduates (2024/2025) with a 2.8+ GPA, ready to start December 2025, and UAE National with a family book under Emiratisation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Recent graduates (2024 or 2025) are eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and specification of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarms and communication networks.
• Support the integration of energy-efficient solutions.
• Contribute to BIM model development and collaborate with architecture, mechanical and structural teams.
• Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with project requirements, design briefs and relevant codes and standards.
• Help deliver sustainable and innovative solutions that contribute to high-performing, resilient and intelligent buildings.
