About the Opportunity

WSP is currently seeking Emirati Graduates who hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering to join our team for transport & infrastructure projects. This exciting opportunity allows you to learn and grow under the mentorship of expert Engineers within WSP, working on Mechanical engineering transport & infrastructure projects within the UAE and across the wider Middle East region.

Your role will involve:
  1. Carrying out discipline designs to required standards and quality
  2. Ensuring all designs are reviewed to the required standards
  3. Supporting project submittals and No Objection Certificates (NOC) process
  4. Staying updated with relevant technical developments within the discipline
  5. Understanding the contract and scope of project deliverables
  6. Embedding Health & Safety into all work practices in line with company policies
  7. Meeting statutory and regulatory requirements
  8. Providing regular work status updates, including risks or concerns, to line manager
  9. Attending and contributing to team and project meetings
  10. Supporting the delivery of the BU strategy, including sustainability initiatives
  11. Ensuring QMS and Project Lifecycle compliance across team and projects
  12. Contributing to the work of the Technical Working Group (TWG)
  13. Providing feedback on all business development opportunities
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Recent graduate with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  2. Eager to apply academic knowledge in practical settings from day one
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment
  5. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and plan effectively
  6. Emirati national
