This graduate role presents an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated UAE National to join our Learning & Development team in Abu Dhabi.

You will work alongside experienced professionals to drive capability-building, support regional training initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous learning across WSP's Middle East operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the design and delivery of training programs (technical, soft skills, onboarding)
  • Coordinate learning events, workshops, and graduate induction sessions
  • Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration, content uploads, and reporting
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and track engagement
  • Help produce internal communications, newsletters, and success stories for L&D campaigns
  • Support Emiratization and national talent development programs
  • Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) learning initiatives
  • Maintain accurate learning records, feedback summaries, and dashboards

Qualifications

  • Must be a UAE National (with valid Family Book/Emirati ID)
  • Recent graduate (bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a relevant discipline)
  • Strong interest in learning, development, and organizational growth
  • Good communication, teamwork, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Eagerness to learn about digital learning tools, LMS systems, and instructional design
