Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of legal services to different teams across the Middle East business in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with the day-to-day tasks related to managing company entities in the Middle East, including setting up, closing down, or making changes to business registrations.
- Help review, draft, and organize different types of contracts and agreements, such as consultancy contracts and subcontracts.
- Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations that may affect WSP's operations in the region.
- Support the legal team in managing the company's corporate documents and activities in the Middle East.
- Share observations and suggestions on corporate matters with senior members of the legal team.
- Work closely with other teams to help manage WSP's legal and corporate responsibilities in the Middle East.
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Recently graduated or possess up to 2 years of relevant legal experience, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Demonstrate fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit the ability to adapt to changing business needs and quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working within cross-functional teams.
- Show a proactive attitude toward learning and developing legal expertise.
- Embrace new challenges with flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Must be a UAE National.
