Penspen is seeking a Graduate Engineer (Instrumentation & Control) to join our Abu Dhabi team as part of a UAE talent initiative. Fresh graduates from Electronics/Instrumentation & Control disciplines will gain exposure to engineering projects, codes and design practice while supporting our engineering team.

The role focuses on developing core engineering skills, the ability to collaborate across disciplines, and learning to work within a multicultural environment.

Main Purpose Of Role

Discipline Engineering role to provide support to the engineering team on projects and within the business as required.

During The Training, The Graduate Will Learn

• The basic of engineering
• Familiarize with international codes, standards and engineering practices
• Learn all the aspects of design from concept of design from concept to detailed design
• Learn to prepare non-critical engineering design documents
