Job summary

AECOM in Abu Dhabi invites applications for its 2025 Graduate Graphic Designer program. As a recent graduate you will contribute to visual design across digital and print media, collaborating with teammates and clients to deliver effective design solutions.

You will develop concepts for graphics, layouts for products, logos and websites, and participate in brand-consistent campaigns while meeting project deadlines. This role is UAE-national and contract-based under the Fursa program.

Qualifications

• 1. Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or a related field from an accredited University
• 2. Candidates must be recent 2024 or 2025 graduates to be eligible for AECOMs Graduate Program
• 3. Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above
• 4. As part of AECOMs commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labour law only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for both digital and print media
• Collaborate with team members and clients to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions
• Develop concepts graphics and layouts for product illustrations company logos and websites
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies
• Assist in maintaining brand consistency across various marketing materials
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to project discussions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Education
